Good location, but missing details such as complimentary water and a sink kit like most 4‑star hotels. The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed; if you turn it off it gets too hot, if you turn it on it hits you hard. The mattress is not comfortable.

The only positive thing was the location, the room size and the work the room service does; otherwise the overall experience was poor. This is a supposed 4* hotel, priced accordingly, but the price‑to‑quality ratio is very bad. The first room had cockroaches (the same for my friend’s room), looked awful with many damages, scratches, dents, etc. The second room after a change had a non‑working A/C because of “savings” (what I heard from staff) – at the day sauna! Still very unrefurbished. No free coffee in the room – c’mon 4* and 190 EUR per night and no instant coffee… The price is extremely high for the quality. The gym is small and has old equipment.

I liked the room and the staff, but the price feels high for the location.

Saviours and good location, but we had to move to another room because of a horrible smell. They changed our room three times.
