“A beautiful hotel and will definitely stay there again.”
The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and felt like a high‑end property. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the hotel was next to the casino with a walkway connecting the two.
The noise at night and the air‑conditioning, even when it was turned off, were bothersome.
“It could have been way better.”
The rooms were clean, but our check‑in was delayed because of Hilton’s computer problems; we arrived on time at 3 pm, yet we didn’t receive any compensation. We were only escorted to our room around 8 pm, spent extra money at the bar, and when we finally reached the room we still hadn’t gotten our key, so we had to be escorted again until we could get it.
