I was shocked by the state of the room, which was incredibly dirty and had a strong odor. The floors, walls, and even the bed were stained, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition, with a broken TV and a strong smell of blood. The staff's response to my complaints was unhelpful, and the overall experience was a huge disappointment, especially considering the high price I paid.

“Completely ripped off”

I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's availability. If I hadn't been informed, I wouldn't have known that there was no room available. Unfortunately, none of the on-site staff apologized or provided a proper explanation, instead, I was given a hastily scribbled address of an alternative accommodation on a piece of paper.

“Reddorz hotel bad experience”

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel. The room, bedding, and location were all subpar and didn't match the photos provided in the advertisement. I was so disappointed that I checked out immediately, feeling that the hotel wasn't worth the money. Needless to say, I won't be booking with them again.

My experience was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the hotel's location near the LRT was convenient. However, I was let down by the cleanliness and amenities - the spoons were dirty, toiletries were not provided despite being included in the payment, the bathroom was flooded, and the air conditioning wasn't effective.
