The place was well maintained, very comfortable, and offered many amenities. The hallways had many recessed doors and hidden spots, which made it feel a little uncomfortable not being able to see everything in the corridor.

I had to scramble for a room after O'Hare flights were cancelled, and finding a place this far away was a relief; the bed was comfy and the room was spotless. The breakfast, however, didn't justify the $20 price tag—coffee was weak, pastries were limited, and the scrambled eggs sat too long. I also had to pay a fortune for an Uber because the app was glitching, only to find that the next morning the ride back to O'Hare cost half what I’d spent on the first trip.

The location was convenient, but the first room’s refrigerator was broken. The second room was dirty, the tub was gross, the AC unit smelled awful, there was no TV remote, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The front desk didn’t answer my calls, so I called room service and finally got a response. The staff member said no one was available, but he eventually came, fiddled with the faucet, and hot water finally came out. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, and the service overall was poor.

I requested a top‑floor room and got one, but then I struggled to cool it. The hotel is decent, yet the plumbing and mattress feel worn out.
