“Senza pretese.”
The location was great. Parking is on the street, making it hard to find spots in the city centre; the room lacked bedside tables, hangers, and a chair. We also requested a receipt or invoice at booking and throughout the stay, but received nothing.
The single‑pane windows were very noisy.

The welcome was great, the location was good, the room size was fine, cleanliness was good, and the terrace was nice. The only note is that breakfast is just a coffee.
The air‑conditioner worked well. The single‑pane windows didn't seal properly, and traffic noise was unbearable. Reserved parking was unavailable (you can park on the street but there are few spots). Some rooms have the bathroom in the corridor. A chair and desk are missing in the room.

The location was good, on the outskirts so you’re not in the city hustle but a short walk from the underground, which is quick and easy to use. We also loved the little café opposite and made it part of our daily routine to get a pastry and coffee; the owner was very hospitable and the prices were very reasonable. The apartment we had was large, with a kitchenette, sofa, table, and comfy bed. The host was helpful too. The room we received wasn’t the one advertised; it was a completely different room, which was a bit disappointing because the room I booked had a balcony and the one we got did not. I would say it had more facilities than the one we chose and was very large, so not all bad, just not what we wanted. Another downside was the noise from upstairs; the walls were paper‑thin so you could hear a lot of movement at 6am, which isn’t ideal when you’re on holiday.
