“Enchanting and peaceful oasis with incredible hospitality”

This is a very charming and enchanting place – very peaceful and very well executed. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming, the evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was outstanding. When we arrived, we were greeted by Bianca, who showed us around the hotel and the facilities, and then escorted us to our room. That was a really nice touch – she was warm and welcoming, just what you need after a long journey. I am sad we only stayed for one night and that we did not stay for two nights.

The stay was absolutely exceptional. Sleeping here felt like living history and enjoying it with a refined contemporary sensibility. Every detail of the décor and design was polished, with a style that exudes elegance, harmony, and personality, yet keeps the place’s soul intact. When the space itself captivates, the human team seals the deal. The staff is outstanding in their courtesy, professionalism, and personal touch that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. The restaurant deserves a special mention: a culinary offering that matches the surroundings, with magnificent food and service that completes a full experience.

Huge garden was lovely to walk and relax. Decor to dark , poor lighting on stairs so potential tripping hazard for elderly people No separate bathroom , just a separate cubicle for toilet and shower with wash basin in the bedroom despite ample space in room. Not to everyone's taste. Everything constructed of sheet steel including furniture in dark brown colours. Restaurant was expensive

“Hotel con encanto y tranquilidad para visitar el románico de sus alrededores”

The facilities are great. It’s a bit isolated, but the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well‑maintained, with excellent service and attentive staff. It’s ideal for a stopover or as a base to explore the abundant Romanesque sites nearby. I would recommend that they facilitate a visit to the church of Mave, a building adjacent to the hotel.
