There was dust everywhere, mould in the bathrooms, and no one to assist us even though a reception desk was present. The booking team was terrible at replying to messages.

The parking was close, making it easy to stay even if you’re driving. However, the bathroom and toilet are adjacent, the bath door is glass, and the changing area shares the same space as the toilet, which could feel a bit inconvenient if you’re staying with several people.
