Breakfasts were exceptionally tasty, with exquisite dishes especially the eggs. The buffet had fresh products, and the cherry on top was the marinated mushrooms.

The staff were amazing, the room was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the amenities were wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer. It’s become a new favorite hotel.

The hotel is beautiful! It’s a piece of Warsaw history, once visited by the Tombolani in the 70s.

The reception staff, especially the tall man, were very friendly and helpful, as were the door staff. The room was luxurious, spacious, and comfortable (Raffles room), and the cleaning was excellent. The breakfast selection was superb, and I also recommend the spa treatments. The hotel is lovely and luxurious in every way—highly recommended! However, the first morning, the waiter at breakfast was rude and unhelpful, and the service was slow. The next morning, everything ran smoothly and well.
