The rooms were messy and dirty, and the staff tried to charge us extra for the booking even though we said we arrived through a partnership; they claimed they had no tie‑up.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find out that they didn't accept my online booking, and I was asked to pay an additional 700 rupees. This was a huge inconvenience, and I felt that it was unfair.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including a non-functional geyser, a broken lift, and an air conditioner that didn't work. To make matters worse, the staff seemed to be more interested in drinking than attending to their duties, and the hotel's cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It's not a suitable place for simple living.
