I rated it 8.0/10. The pool, hot tub, location, staff and price were all good, but the windows leaked a little during driving rain from a thunderstorm, the roof leaked into buckets in the hallway and left a musty smell, and the sauna door didn’t close fully from the inside because it had no inside handle, making it hard to heat it.

I gave it 7.0/10. Walking 10‑15 minutes from Klippytown Hill, it’s very close to WeGo buses, has an elevator, comfortable rooms, a quiet spot, and from Rainbow Bridge you can see fireworks over the falls every night; the room AC works fine, the staff are cooperative, and the Wi‑Fi is good. The breakfast looked bland beforehand so we skipped it even though we originally wanted it included; one room had no window, only glass, so there was no external ventilation except the AC; the bathroom was old and plain but not lacking anything; the hotel feels functional rather than indulgent.

I loved the location and the peaceful atmosphere—it’s a great place to relax and unwind, while still being close to Niagara’s main tourist attractions and local spots. Nothing in particular. One small suggestion would be to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room
