“Muy buena estancia en Pekín”
The room’s location and style were great, but the price felt a bit high.

The rooftop terrace had a nice view of the dagoba, and the room was clean and spacious. The two receptionists were super helpful, and we used translation apps to get along. The hutong in Xicheng was quiet, off the tourist trail, close to Miaoying Dagoba and the Gongmenkou alleys with great food and drinks. I loved exploring an area where English was rare; Google Translate made it work and locals were eager to help.

The hotel sits in a quiet hutong, giving that authentic China feel. Getting there is easy and cheap with the Didi app, and the staff were friendly and helpful—translation apps made communication a breeze. Breakfast was a quick café with croissants, and dinner was just a five‑minute walk into a newer, hip neighborhood. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit musty, probably just the room.

We had a perfect stay in Beijing here—felt right at home thanks to the lovely ladies who were so sweet. I still miss them and hope to return someday.

The hotel blends modern comforts with traditional design, and the staff went above and beyond despite the language barrier. Breakfast was top‑notch with coffee, dumplings, fruit, eggs, granola, and yoghurt. The room was comfy, the bathroom spotless, and the rooftop patio and plant décor were lovely. The hutong area is packed with food, drinks, and shops within walking distance, and Didi rides are easy to get.
