The location was fine, but the bed was uncomfortable, the restroom door handle was falling off, and there was no smoke alarm—just wires hanging there.

The spot is great, right next to Sofi, and the rooms are comfy with a nice bed. The staff were friendly, kind, and super helpful. When I asked for early check‑in through the online booking, they said they couldn’t guarantee it, which I understood, but they never mentioned the “$50 cash only, no card deposit” policy. Later, when my dirty towels were taken from the room, no fresh towels were left behind, and the shampoo that was still unused disappeared, something I only realized after showering that night after a concert.

The hotel sits close to Sofi Stadium, perfect for catching a show. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Parking is free. Nothing else to note.
