The pool was nice and the staff were very friendly. The bed was okay, and the place was pretty quiet. The AC didn’t work well, the hotel food wasn’t great, and they claim to offer many services that they don’t. The Wi‑Fi was very bad. The room isn’t soundproof, the pictures look like they’re from ten years ago, and the place looks much older than the photos.

We booked this place to escape work stress, but were shocked by the ongoing renovations. The room wasn’t clean, the chair was unusable, there was no fridge or way to keep water cool in Marrakech’s heat, no dryer, the tissue box was empty, the AC didn’t work properly—16 °C still felt hot, the sink was clogged, the Jacuzzi room had cold shower water, and calling the number on the sign rang unanswered, landing on voicemail with no return call.

I liked the spot and the big garden, and the décor was pretty. But the place needs some touch‑ups; everything feels a bit old‑fashioned, which is a shame for such a nice location.

We found what I think is the best hotel in the area! The hosts were so welcoming, warm, and helpful that our stay turned out really pleasant. We ate well and slept great. Every staff member was top‑class, always smiling and attentive. I’d recommend this hotel 1000 %! It was a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely return with pleasure. The only downside is that it’s a little far.
