“disappointing”
The staff were fine and the live music was acceptable, but the rooms—especially the bathrooms—were very dirty. Despite the staff being okay, the overall condition of the rooms and the property’s location were disappointing. The hotel sits uphill, making access extremely difficult; no cars or taxis can reach it, so we had to haul our luggage up ourselves. The surrounding neighbourhood felt unsafe, especially at night with poor street lighting, and the food options were unsatisfactory.
