The hotel was very clean and tidy, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and always welcoming. It sits right next to a U‑bahn and S‑bahn station, making it easy to reach the city centre. I’ll definitely stay again if I visit Berlin. Highly recommend. The TV was a bit dated and had few channels, but that hardly mattered when I wasn’t there much. I’d prefer slightly better bedding, though that’s not a deal‑breaker. The Wi‑Fi wasn’t the strongest connection.

Convenient location close to transport; the room was spacious, well‑furnished, and quiet. During the four nights the room, bathroom, and bins were never cleaned or emptied; only after I noticed I wondered if the sign should have been hung on the door… I’ve always found places where cleaning is done automatically.
