What you expect from a hotel chain: clean standards and services were both present.

Everything was perfect; I first visited in 2013 and it was amazing, and after 13 years I returned to the same place and it was even better.

I never leave bad reviews, but this place ruined my night: my watch vanished from the nightstand right before a business meeting. I called reception, they promised to follow up but never did, so I checked out early. The room had no safe, making it a thief’s paradise. I won’t return or recommend it.

The staff were great, and there were no other issues.
