The staff were very friendly, but it seemed like they weren't very knowledgeable. The place could be cleaner and the food more varied.

They have a nice lounge spot where you can read or chat, but not all staff are equally friendly.

Near nature, just a 2‑minute walk, you’re on the first hiking trail and by the ponds, and the food is simply great. The bathroom had a fan that stayed on all the time and was a bit loud, but when the door was closed you could’t hear it anymore.

The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was fantastic (though you should know it gets really crowded during rush hour). I also liked the sauna, but I have to point out that the entrance is down a stair that can be seen by anyone passing by on the upper floor (the toilet and shower are at the end of the stair). My room was well equipped. The two‑course dinner was also very good, and I felt very comfortable. Some spots in the hotel need fixing (like loose parts on the stairs). Compared to the nicely decorated hotel, the outdoor terrace looks unsightly and worn; it feels very old. The view from the terrace is gorgeous, so a nicer terrace would improve the overall impression.
