We enjoyed a wonderful two‑night stay at Baltic Beach Hotel. Our room (220) was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff, and the breakfast was lovely. We really liked our stay and would definitely return next year, hopefully with the whole family. Highly recommended!
We booked a 5‑star property expecting top‑level safety and service, but the experience was a disaster. Our room wasn’t ready until 15:45 even though check‑in starts at 15:00, throwing off our schedule. We had to leave our luggage in the storage room with an official tag, only for staff to hand my bag to a stranger who drove it to the parking lot. Luckily that man was honest and returned it; otherwise I’d have lost my money, documents, and belongings because the bell desk protocol failed completely. The management’s response was insulting: they offered a one‑hour late check‑out and a bottle of wine, then tried to downplay the incident in an email by claiming the bag “remained on property.” This is a serious security lapse, not a minor inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel.
Renovation started in the early 2000s. The hotel looks very tired. It smells of age and mold.
