The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable, but the stairs were steep and narrow, and the bathroom needs renovation.

The place is perfect for a few days in the center of Koh Tao, close to restaurants, shops, and the dive center; the staff are super kind and helpful, and you can rent scooters or have your laundry done on site. The only downside is that nearby construction can be a bit annoying.

“Très bon séjour”

Its proximity to key points on the island—ferry, restaurants, excursions—was great, and you can rent scooters or have your clothes washed right next door; the staff were adorable and helpful. There were ants in the room, but they weren’t more bothersome than that and we didn’t report it because they didn’t bother us.

“Un guetto ! à fuir”

We booked a room for four, but the photos were misleading. The first room had a broken AC, exposed wires, and the filters were never cleaned—there was a foul smell, stained towels, a door that let in daylight, and a filthy bathroom. Because the AC wasn’t fixed, we moved to a second room that had no window, felt like a prison, had holes in the ceiling, and offered a view of the neighbor’s blue metal roof. The mattress was as hard as wood, so my son had to sleep on a sofa in the heat. The AC and fan made a loud airplane noise, and after two hours the temperature barely dropped. After two sleepless nights we left and booked elsewhere to salvage our vacation. The hotel refused to refund us; the reception looked like a garage, and there was no balcony, window, or outdoor view—just the neighbor’s roof. In reply to the comment, I was not rude, but I arrived in a room without AC, then in a second room with AC that didn’t cool. The “family studio” didn’t match the photos, but that’s not the issue—no window, a real prison, ceiling holes, a stench, extreme heat, no cleaning, stains everywhere, and a wooden mattress. We contacted you via WhatsApp the day after arrival to say the second room wasn’t suitable for four nights; you said you’d get back to us to change rooms. We waited, and after a night without sleep in a room over 35°C, we left. We are now with customer service requesting a refund for the three unused nights and compensation for the damage to our holiday.

El personal es excepcional, muy buena vibra. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del puerto, de los restaurantes, de las paradas de taxi. Me gustó tener un balcón con vistas al mar
