The setting was super calm, and I really appreciated the staff’s helpfulness—special thanks to Oumaima Mehdi and Oussama for their kindness and availability. The location was a drawback, the minibar wasn’t available, and the hair dryer in the room was missing.
The staff are very friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every day. There was no fridge in the room, but they kindly brought one for us. It’s a quiet spot with beautiful vegetation. Breakfast is very good—no fruit, but if you ask, they’ll happily provide it. It’s not far from the center by car; you need a car because there’s nothing around. The common areas are dressed up.
“Établissement agréable en périphérie de Marrakech”
A small structure with welcoming staff, two very pleasant pools, and excellent food! It’s 15 minutes from Marrakech, quiet. The location is hard to find.
“Les jardins et sont tres agréable, le personnel est adorable, l'hotel quand à lui semble abandonné.”
The staff made the stay perfect; everyone was adorable, available, smiling, and efficient. The owner is lucky to have such a team, and a special shout‑out to Oumaima, the manager, who goes 2000% to ensure a smooth stay. The hotel looks abandoned, the furniture is old, some pieces are broken, a parasol is broken, and rooms are left unused. It definitely needs a major renovation and upkeep.
“Hotel mit nicht ausgeschöpftem Potential”
Nice resort with two pools that were truly beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful, and fresh eggs were made on request. We also ate there twice in the evening and were surprised by the great taste of the dishes, despite the small menu. Overall, we liked that it was a bit out of the way and surrounded by greenery. The rooms were large enough, the baby crib was good. The air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and they later brought us a small fridge. The cleaning ladies and doorman were very friendly and did their best. The man who served us at breakfast (Khalid) did a great job, and it felt like he’s the only one who really cares about this place. Unfortunately, the resort looked very worn and dirty. The pool loungers were all stained, which could have been avoided with washable covers. The entire outdoor dining area was dusty, especially the tables, which bothered us because cutlery and plates were already on them. Our daughter fell ill and vomited in bed; we immediately removed the bedding to prevent it from soaking into the mattress. What we then saw shocked us: there were already large, dried urine stains on the mattresses! It was disgusting. We also found it disappointing that the bathrooms looked so “poorly made”—the seams were smudged, and some corners looked simply “dirty.” The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly, which we reported at reception, but nothing was done. It was also sad that the staff seemed so “bored” and constantly on their phones. Especially the young man who served us in the evenings had no interest in answering questions about the food.
