The place is beautiful. I love the aesthetics of the rooms. The staff is incredible, especially Doreen. They can invest in having a lift to get to the 1st floor. It is not fair to expect staff to carry the guests’ luggage up the stairs. They did it without complaining but I felt bad for them. I was also disappointed that they did not have plain yoghurt at breakfast

Nice rooms, a big bed that was comfortable. The new side was all good, no complaints.

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The Restaurant Manager was attentive and involved. The room only had supplies for one person—one towel, one coffee, one sweetener, etc. After I pointed it out, they partially fixed it but had to come back again. Anything we asked for at the bar was missing. Dinner and breakfast were fine but very pricey.
