Breakfast was exceptional. The bed was large and comfortable, offering good value for money. When we arrived, the room was missing towels, but we called reception and they were brought right away. The room felt clean, though the floor still had cleaning product residue, and it seemed the room wasn’t fully tidied: there was cream paper in the shower box, no bag in the trash bin, and there were some “marks” inside the toilet.

Breakfast was good with many options. The location is close to the airport and a shopping mall. The price is affordable.

The location, breakfast, and service were fine, and the bed was large and comfortable. The rooms were noisy due to poor soundproofing, and the room initially lacked a towel – I had to ask reception for one, which took a bit of time.

The location works well for travelers on a layover in São Paulo who need quick access to the airport and a fast trip back, and there’s a nearby shopping center if needed. The food on site is good. The pillows could be better.

The bed was comfortable and the air‑conditioning was strong, and the coffee was great. Unfortunately the elevator broke, the air‑conditioner broke, there were two shampoos but no soap, and while I was in the room a couple came in and were given the key for more people, plus the parking was complicated.
