The service was very poor; the staff seemed only trained to apologize when a complaint was made. The hotel is very expensive compared with Taj Mussoorie Foothills, where we stayed for one night two days later and paid less. When comparing room size and facilities, Taj provided more.

The hotel is very nice and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are all nice, but Luv, Sachin, Shoaib, and Aman are especially nice and helpful. Every time I visit, I feel like family.
