Dear guests, this place is a mistake, it’s a real hole, not rooms for rent. First, it’s dirty and smells awful; the bed isn’t sleep‑worthy; the bathroom floors are hole‑y, filthy, no hot water, and the owner says there are repairs. In short, it’s suitable for a homeless shelter, not for renting rooms. Avoid this address entirely, and if you don’t believe it, see for yourself.

Nothing positive. The reservation was for a different room with a bathroom, but we received another; it was dirty and the dampness was terrible.

The area around the property was peaceful, but the shared bathroom and toilet were a downside.
