The Hotel City Central, Vienna, is located near Saint Stephen's Cathedral, on the edge of Vienna's first district. The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen Sky satellite TVs, a buffet breakfast in its conservatory, and free WiFi. It's a 3-minute walk from the Schwedenplatz underground stop and boat rides to Bratislava, with restaurants nearby across the Danube Canal.

The hotel is nice, elegant, and well‑located. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. The room didn’t have a fridge.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich 1a. Direkt am 1 Bezirk. Es sind zu Fuß 1200m zum Prater und 690m zum Stephansdom. Wir haben das Auto die 3 Tage nicht bewegen müssen. Es stand sehr gut auf dem Hoteleigenen Platz (31,-€ zusatzkosten pro Nacht). Das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Verschiedene Brötchen, verschiedene Joghurts, jeden morgen andere warme Würstchen. Käse und Wurst und div. Aufstriche, frische Melone und diverse süße Kleinigkeiten. Es sind super Restaurants in der direkten Nähe und auch eine Roof Top Bar im 18. Stock. Von da aus hat man den besten Blick über ganz Wien. Ebenso sind U-Bahn und Straßenbahnen sehr gut erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Wenn es etwas gab was vielleicht nicht komplett perfekt war, war es im Bad. Dort gab es nur eine Badewanne und keine Dusche. Die Preise der Minibar (unten im Eingangsbereich) sind sehr teuer. Ein Supermarkt ist aber 3 m nebenan
