The staff were very polite and ready to help, the food was amazing, service was excellent, and a special shout‑out to Mr Kamal for his outstanding service.
Good location and good value for money, but the staff were short, so the team was stretched thin.
“Quiet, clean and comfortable”
My stay at this hotel was peaceful and comfortable, but the poor English spoken by the staff made it difficult for me to communicate effectively. Despite this, I was able to enjoy my time at the hotel, which was a quiet oasis.
“El Arbol de la Alegria”
The breakfast was delicious, we also dined in the evening and met the chef, who was excellent; everyone from the cafeteria to the Tuk Tuk drivers was very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and doing everything possible to attend to us, and they gave us a lovely little gift for staying with them. The only downside was the pool and the garden tables for breakfast.
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, where the friendly and helpful staff couldn't make up for the numerous issues with the room. Room 4 was cramped and poorly designed, with beds angled due to columns on both sides, and no natural light due to locked windows. I had to request for basic amenities like hand towels and a soft pillow, which were not provided initially. However, on the 4th day, I was shifted to a suite (Room 2) with transparent windows and firmer mattresses, which was a relief.
