“Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.”
The bathroom was great, but the pillow on the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast price was high.
“Immer wieder gern. Danke für den netten Service”
Everything was clean and the staff were extremely friendly; the mattress was good—since I'm on the heavier side I prefer a firmer surface, and that worked well. 👍 However, the room matched the price, so if you expect a suite on the Alster for that rate, double‑check the prices. I had no complaints.
The overall experience was just okay: the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but everything feels a bit worn and could use a refresh. The hotel definitely needs a modernization.
“Als Zwischenstop völlig OK.”
Parking in front of the building was convenient, but the breakfast and coffee were disappointing.
“Preis-Leistung top”
There were plenty of parking spaces on site, which was a plus.
