“Teria sido perfeita não fosse esse incidente com o bicho/percevejo na cama”

The place is right in the middle of everything and the owner is really sweet, which made checking in a breeze. Unfortunately I woke up covered in bites from some bug that must have gotten in while I was sleeping, and being allergic made it even worse. The room had been freshly renovated, but the cleaning—especially of the bed—seemed to have been rushed.

This hostel feels super comfy, with solid equipment and staff that are always ready to help, plus a really homely vibe. The only hiccup is that the upstairs bathroom doesn’t have hot water, while the one downstairs does, so you have to plan accordingly.

“Vale o preço, mas pode melhorar”

The staff are genuinely friendly and the spot is surrounded by bars and restaurants, plus the room itself is spacious and pleasant. However, the private bathroom is tiny—hard to use if you’re larger—and the half‑glass, half‑curtain shower lets water splash everywhere, even onto the floor. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired: sheets and towels were already dirty, hair was on the carpet, and the communication about extra towels was confusing.

I loved the safe, central spot in São Paulo, and the staff were friendly and gave me solid tips for getting around the city. The metro is just a few blocks away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The suite‑style rooms added a nice touch to the overall experience.

“No geral, a experiência foi boa e vale a pena para quem busca praticidade e boa receptividade”

The location is top‑notch and the people who greeted us were attentive and very kind, making us feel welcome right away; overall it’s a solid value for the price. The private room’s bathroom was quite small, and the lower part of the hostel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which can be uncomfortable in that cramped, poorly ventilated area.
