The hotel is well located, rooms comfortable, staff very helpful. Breakfast is excellent, served in a beautiful room, and the espresso is delicious. Two washing and drying machines are kindly available to guests. The only downside is the lack of shelves or a piece of furniture to store belongings, which seems common in many Korean hotels.

Everything was comfortable, clean, well‑equipped, and stylishly decorated, with staff always available. The location and value for money were excellent. No complaints.

The price was amazing for the size of the room, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, complete with bath salts. The location is great, less than a 10‑minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly.

The room was very spacious, and breakfast was also excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even if their English wasn’t perfect. The hotel sits right in the centre, close to fantastic restaurants, which made the decision‑making process a bit stressful 😄. There was a washing machine on the second floor for dirty clothes, and a drying cabinet in the room that was very useful. The conference room was handy for work when needed. Prices were a bit on the high side compared to other hotels I stayed at during my Korea trip. The constant scraping sound from the parquet floor (from the neighbouring room) was annoying during late evenings and nights.
