There was nothing positive to mention; the place was nasty and the shower head even fell off while I was showering. The staff tried to charge a fee that they never returned, claiming a refund but never actually giving it back.

The location was convenient and the bed, along with the pillows, was comfortable. However, a roach appeared on the bed when I pulled back the covers, and I didn't find any others. The window was broken with missing glass, there was no towel bar or hook behind the bathroom door, no toilet paper holder, the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, and the refrigerator was dirty inside.

The location was good, but when my wife and I booked a superior deluxe king handicap room, we were handed a lower‑tier room on the second floor; the staff said no other rooms were available. We had to park next to an empty king room on the ground floor for both nights, and because we checked in late we couldn’t get a refund. The pool had been closed for months, even though the listing said it was open at the time of booking. Had it not been for the location issue and the lack of a refund, I would have definitely chosen another place.
