The whole team was friendly and professional, but Stéphanie really went above and beyond—always available and attentive to the little things that made my stay special. The beach‑bar bartender also deserves a shout‑out; her cocktails were tasty and her service made the lounge feel like a relaxed hangout.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring, the on‑site restaurant serves solid meals, and the tours they arrange are convenient and well‑run. The only downside was the air‑conditioning in my room—it blasted cold air straight at me, which got uncomfortable at night. Overall, a good base despite that chilly surprise.
