Beautiful hilltop spot, surrounded by nature with well‑organized outdoor spaces to enjoy peace and the view. I chose this place for that reason and because it was close to the various sites I wanted to visit. The room was clean and the right size. Breakfast was included with plenty of choices and the lady was very kind and helpful. If I ever find myself in Umbria again, I will definitely return.

Wonderful place in the green, an oasis of peace and tranquility. We were very happy, welcomed as if we were family by Mrs Silvia, who also makes great pastries for breakfast! The sunsets from that little terrace will never be forgotten! Perfect location for anyone who wants to visit Umbria, especially the Assisi area, or for those who want a peaceful holiday. I have nothing to report.

The room is the bathroom, spacious but attic‑style. It is impossible that a loft has no air conditioning; it was practically unlivable.
