I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things didn't quite go as planned. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming when I arrived, but when I asked for the room I had booked, they told me they couldn't honour it. Apparently, the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have any other rooms available. It was a bit of a letdown, especially after I'd been traveling all day.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, my plans were foiled when they refused to honour my booking over the phone. The staff seemed unhelpful and unapologetic, which made the whole experience pretty frustrating. I've heard mixed reviews about this place, but I guess I won't be able to form my own opinion anytime soon.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the massive mismatch between the hotel's online photos and the reality. The room was a disaster - it reeked of stale air and the sheets were old and had yellow stains all over them. The bathroom was the worst part, with a pungent smell coming from the sewer that made it hard to even use the facilities. What a complete letdown.

This hotel was a real gem, especially considering its affordable price. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were another highlight, with big windows that let in loads of natural light and a super comfy bed. But what really made the place stand out was the cleanliness - the rooms were spotless, and the staff were always happy to help with any requests.
