Breakfast was spread out across the area with a wide variety of food. The spa was excellent, and the kids enjoyed the heated pool. We’ll definitely return.

The pool and the view from the room were great, and the food quality was good for the price. Mr. Shiva Kumar at reception was especially cooperative and deserves special thanks. The walk from the rooms to the pool and up to reception is very steep, making it unsuitable for older guests.

Very nice location with lots of spectacular views all around and full of greenery. Huge spaces all over the facility with various spots to sit back and relax and have a cup of tea/coffee with great surrounding views and fresh air. Views from room's spacious balconies are also very nice. There are lots of options for sports (indoor as well as outdoor). Like someone already remarked in another few reviews, the equipment is not that well-managed. Still that part was okay. Food availability right inside the facility is also very convenient and handy. In summary, a very nice facility and great, polite staff as well, always there ready to assist/guide in anything a visitor needs. 1. I very well remember, I had booked one villa and one big room (as we were 11 people) and the site itself as suggested the combo as per the people/beds. And, on villa I remember there was an option of in-house Jacuzzi bathtub. But they didn't give us that. Instead, they were saying - we've given you a free upgrade. Not true. As Jacuzzi was not there at all. 2. Breakfast has not a single juice option. In 20+ years of staying at various facilities, I've never seen any lodge/hotel/motel, where they don't have at least two juice option. 3. We did saw three roaches, walking on the breakfast table we ate at. When we informed the server, he killed it and try to hide with a napkin. So that is a hygiene issue for sure. Need to take care. 4. We had asked a week back to arrange a 'fruitcake' for a birthday celebration at the facility. There was no response at all from the hotel staff, who seems to be very prompt/responsive prior to that ask. And, then when we're there, we were easily able to get a 'fruitcake' delivered from a nearby bakery in one hour right there. But we would have been delighted if the hotel would have done that. Anyway, this point is not a major concern

The location is nice. Nothing.

The location is great, tucked among pine trees, the staff were courteous, the food was amazing, and the swimming pool and view are out of this world. The king‑bed mattress and pillow were uncomfortable, and the sofa‑cum‑bed was hard too; the last 1.5 km ride to the hotel is narrow and bumpy.
