The staff were super friendly and quick to respond, offering plenty of travel tips and letting us check in early; overall they were helpful. The Wi‑Fi and phone reception were unreliable, and we were told a telecom outage caused by extreme summer heat was to blame.

The location was great, just a 5‑minute walk to Termini (where trains and buses to both airports depart) and a 30‑minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Nearby were a café and a supermarket that I used at the station. The staff were friendly, and a big plus was the fridge and kettle in the room. It was clean. The view from the window in my room looked into a courtyard and a wall, so I didn’t open it (that wasn’t important to me this time). There was a hair dryer, but it was a standard hotel model (white on the wall, visible in the hotel photo); it can dry hair but isn’t suitable for styling.

An amazing hotel! We had the most pleasant experience during our stay, primarily thanks to the staff. From the moment we checked in, we were met with a very warm and friendly welcome. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive. The service is top-notch. A huge thank you to the hotel team for the comfort, hospitality, and wonderful getaway! We will definitely come back again
