The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. However, the noise levels were a major issue for me - the walls seemed to be paper-thin and I could hear every conversation and TV show from the neighboring rooms. Despite this, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, I'd say it's a decent value for the price, but you might want to pack some earplugs.

The hotel's staff were super helpful, and the place was spotless. The location was perfect, but I was a bit miffed that there were no basic facilities like a kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. The AC and geyser were also controlled from reception, which was a bit of a hassle. To top it off, I had to change rooms because the AC was leaking water everywhere.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some pretty subpar bathrooms - they were just plain pathetic. The rooms could've been cleaner too, but I guess that's a minor complaint.
