I didn’t like how they gave my room to someone else and then didn’t honor my booking because they were fully booked when I booked a week in advance, even though they had plenty of availability.

The spot is great, but the price feels steep.

The room looked nice, and I was grateful when the front‑desk lady quickly sorted out a double charge at checkout. The bathtub was slippery, and I wasn’t happy when the cleaning lady tried to enter while we were still relaxing; also, the card was charged but the room wasn’t secured.

The coffee was excellent, freshly ground, and the eggs seemed powdered but still tasty; everything else was very good. There wasn’t much to criticize—everything was fine!
