Amzeura hotel

The room was nice, new and clean. There was no communication; the staff didn’t speak English or Russian over the phone. It was very hard to figure out the key card for the door on my own. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and there was no trash bin in the room.

The rooms were very clean, we got a very warm welcome, the bathroom and beds were comfortable, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

“Katastrophe, niemals buchen.”

Das bot guten Raum. Internet war in Ordnung. Über Booking. com gebucht und vom Hotel bestätigt, standen wir mit unseren Motorrädern vor dem Hotel und hatten keine Möglichkeit hinein zu kommen. Weder über Telefon (Tel Nr. an der Tür), noch über und WhatsApp erreichbar. Nach ca 30 Minuten stornierten wir gebührenpflichtig das Hotel und wollten ein anderes Hotel buchen. Eine Beschwerde ging an Booking, denn das Hotel war schließlich bereits bezahlt und wir fühlten uns betrogen! . In dem Moment kam eine Frau und schloß uns die Tür auf und unser Zimmer. Unser gesamtes Camping Gepäck schleppten wir die Treppe hinauf ins Zimmer, vor dem Hotel steht es nicht sicher. Wir waren sehr erbost und äussersten das auch gegenüber der Frau mittels eines zufällig anwesenden Übersetzers. Gegen 22:00 klopfte es an der Tür. Die Frau stand vor der Tür, hielt uns ein mobile hin. Jemand entschuldigte sich mehrfach auf englisch. Unverschämtheit von der Frau, uns so spät aus dem Bett zu holen. Alles war eine Katastrophe. Es gibt keine Rezeption, keine Ansprechpartner. Übrigens beobachteten wir beim morgendlichen Packen der Motorräder das gleiche Theater, die Leute fuhren wir mit den Autos wieder ab

Hi. I want cancel my reservation, because it is no hot water and night time noise from smoke detector from room 105. Very bad service. Very bad service. Worker came just around 14.00 and told me hot water was existing and it is not problem from hotel. I told him it has to be no payment, if it is no hot water and noise night time, but he was do not care and get the full payment. No body stay in this hotel, just me. Noise also came from the street. “Very clean room, with warm atmosphere, friendly owners/staff and fantastic views.”

The view is fantastic. The hotel is new, so the bathroom has a slight smell, but I think it will be fixed over time.
