Location.big room.ac available.staffs kind .ready to help with queries. No cleaning available on daily basis. have to ask them come and clean the room.everything they are not available.lots of dust everywhere.property is new but no cleaning done to maintain the value

The location was good, but hygiene was lacking—cleaning had to be begged for, and when I fell sick I was forced to stay. There was no bin, no toilet rolls, lights went off intermittently, and there was no customer service.

The location was good and close to local markets, pharmacies, doctors, salons, and other facilities, but there was no customer service at all. The room was dirty with dust everywhere when I entered, and because I was feverish I had to request cleaning, which only happened the next day. I had to extend my stay for two more days and begged for towels to clean the room. The corridor was a catastrophe, with an overloaded bin that stayed that way for 24 hours daily. The hotel is new but the team does not maintain cleanliness, and there is no supervisory oversight; they seem to lack a sense of belonging. I hope the owner addresses this.
