We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Rooftop Hotel. The hotel is spotless and perfectly positioned in Yerevan’s center, surrounded by shops and restaurants, with a restaurant right downstairs. Check‑in was quick and easy, and the staff answered every request immediately. Our room was clean, comfortable, and especially convenient for a family with kids. We appreciated the small kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, minibar, complimentary water, and welcome snacks. The bathroom and shower were excellent, with nice towels, and housekeeping was frequent and thorough. All in all, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Yerevan. No negatives.

I’ll choose this hotel again a year after my first visit. Everything remains perfect. The location is the best if you want to stroll the center or visit wine bars. The view from rooms on the 16th–17th floors is the best. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are good, the décor is pleasant, and the design is modern. It’s impeccably clean. There are even three bottles of wine at a fairly reasonable price.

The staff, location, and view from the window were all as expected. The view was amazing, and the room was clean. We were satisfied. In the bathroom, water leaked from the shower and formed a puddle. We were three people—two adults and a child—and the sofa in the room was spread out, making it impossible to walk around. Tomorrow they delivered the room, but there was no furniture—no table or chairs—to eat breakfast comfortably.
