The location was fine, but the bathroom facilities were very poor and didn’t meet the Taj standard.
Despite the language differences, every staff member was incredibly helpful, even when dealing with hostilities.
I was very disappointed—this wasn’t what I expected from the Taj brand. The breakfast was a big let‑down: only a few cheap, processed options, a 10–15 minute wait, and a queue that felt out of place for a premium Taj property. For the price I paid, the experience didn’t justify the cost. Taj is supposed to deliver top‑class hospitality and service, but this location fell far short, so it wasn’t worth the money.

The hotel sat right in the city center, the room size was suitable (I even got an upgrade), breakfast had great variety and quality, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room rates were a bit high.
