The place was clean, easy to get to, and the welcome was warm. We couldn’t iron our clothes because the iron was too hot to use; we’d like them to have at least a few irons so that if one fails you can use another. Thanks.

I appreciate how clean and quiet it is, and the privacy is great; staff only come when needed. Being closer to the mall is a bonus. Nothing else, everything was perfect for me.
