Cozy Room is indeed cozy, bedroom was clean, and the bed and sheets were of great quality. Breakfast was delicious and on a terrace with a great view of the city. Good water pressure in the shower. It's on a street that is a little weird. And although you can get to the old city fast by Uber, it's not really within walking distance, and it's something I should have noticed before. There's a lot of traffic in Cusco, and the path from the hotel to the old city it's really ugly. There was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom drain. I would definitely stay there again, those are just small notes

Cleanliness and the staff’s service were excellent! The coffee could have had more variety, but it was good.

The highlight was the staff’s attention, especially Bruno who always asked if we needed anything, kept us comfortable, was very cordial and friendly, and that made the stay perfect. There was a slight lack of depth for using the dining area late at night (board games, music, etc.) because the space is beautiful to enjoy.
