The breakfast was cold, the hot tub was cold, an employee barged into the room unannounced, the staff were rude, the sauna didn’t work, there was no microwave in the room, the shower water was lukewarm, and overall it was a horrible experience—I will not recommend it.

The spot was great, and the pillows were super comfy while the beds stayed spotless. Breakfast was just okay—not terrible, but could have been better; the potatoes stood out as the best part. The lobby restroom left something to be desired, with toilet paper on the floor and dirty stalls.

The bed and pillows were incredibly cozy, and the room was roomy with excellent water pressure. However, a few towels and washcloths had stains on them.
