Being close to the airport and having a courteous shuttle made the short 7‑hour stay pleasant. The room’s décor was lovely and the amenities – pajamas, robes, slippers, and a coffee center – were generous, though the slippers were a bit too small. I’d have liked to stay longer, especially to try the breakfast, but overall I liked everything.

I had no positive experiences; I reached out to the hotel but received no response to any of my inquiries about my stay. We’ve stayed here many times before, but this time the hotel ignored my email and I had to book elsewhere; still no reply or refund offer.

I had been here before and it felt like home, even though there was water damage, the shuttle service was there, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful – I’ll definitely return, thanks Mariya for the great service. Nothing else.
