The hotel was flexible with check‑in and check‑out times, letting us keep working. The room was clean. The downside was the shared shower in the men's toilet, a sink in a common open area (luckily we were alone), a dim kitchen, and a very basic breakfast.

Almost everything was fine, no complaints about the facilities or staff. The only issues were the odor complaints, the shower room, the tiny toilet, the noise when the second room was occupied, and the lack of parking space.

The breakfast was almost like home; a little fruit juice and it was perfect, though the shower was still a bit cramped and the sink in the common area was somewhat inconvenient.

The location was convenient for reaching downtown Bordeaux and transport links, the room was a decent size, and the reservation concept seemed appealing on paper. Unfortunately, these positives were far outweighed by many problems during the stay. The advertised air‑conditioning was not available when temperatures were high. From Thursday evening, the situation worsened: I was asked to open the door to new occupants, and there were many people coming and going throughout the night, with music playing late into the night, preventing me from sleeping for several nights. I also noticed a strong odor that reminded me of cannabis in the common areas. Cleanliness was inadequate: hair in the shower, numerous stains and dirt on the bathroom floor and in common areas, as shown in the photos I took. I was also surprised when the host entered my room to retrieve an air‑conditioner without prior notice or my permission. Given all these issues, a complaint was filed. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet, accurate, and privacy‑respecting stay.
