The downtown location was good. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest, and it took over 40 minutes to retrieve my car from valet.

The spot was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the drinks and food were good. No complaints.

The staff were friendly. The room felt old and had a stale smell; the AC was loud, and the door was difficult to open. When I got the bill, an extra $127 in taxes and fees appeared, including a $35 destination fee.

Breakfast was fantastic in everyday life because it wasn’t a buffet – you could pick from a tasty à la‑carte menu, with a buffet only on weekends, and the location is superb, close to restaurants and the river walk. The bathrooms have a shower over a bathtub with the shower head set too low, the air‑conditioner rattled loudly at night and I received some dirty towels; breakfast could feel a bit rushed since the restaurant was understaffed all week and the waiters were practically running around.
