I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a clean and cozy room that made me feel safe and relaxed. The vibe was perfect for a vacation, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues with the bathroom, which was a bit of a problem.

I was pleased to have a spacious room on the first floor with a great location, close to One Nimman and not too far from the action. The hotel also had parking available, both in front of the hotel and across the street. However, I did find the bathroom to be a bit cramped and prone to water pooling, and the room wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction, with some dust and hair left behind.

The hotel's location was ideal for me, but unfortunately, the bathroom was not well-designed. The toilet and shower area didn't have a clear separation between wet and dry zones, making it easy to slip on the floor.

I was excited to stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai, but unfortunately, my experience was let down by the poor service. The location was nice, with many restaurants and shops nearby, but the receptionist staff were unfriendly and inflexible. I was even charged extra for checking out a few minutes early, which left a bad impression. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others due to its subpar customer service.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's great location, but my stay was marred by several issues. The free Wi-Fi was extremely weak, making it impossible for me to get any work done. The staff also seemed unfriendly and unaccommodating, which was a major disappointment. If you're on a business trip, I would strongly advise against staying here.
