The room was tiny. There was no shower water available.

I didn’t like anything. The room was dirty, had not been cleaned for several days, dust everywhere, linen change was not done before our arrival, and the bathroom was in disrepair at the last minute. We waited on the street for over an hour to check in because the owner was absent and didn’t answer the phone. A horrible experience.

I stayed at this B&B with my partner and it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we entered the room, an unbearable sewage smell from the bathroom filled the space; it wasn’t just a faint odor, it was a full‑blown clogged drain stench that permeated the entire room. We tried opening the window, but the smell persisted, making it impossible to stay there. The ventilation seemed non‑existent and the issue appeared structural. When we tried to use the fridge to store a few items, we discovered it was covered in black mold on the interior walls and shelves—completely unclean and frankly revolting. The worst part happened in the afternoon while we were out: someone broke into our room and stole a valuable perfume. There was no cleanliness, no hygiene, no security. It doesn’t even deserve a single star. We lost money, time, and peace of mind. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place and save themselves this terrible experience. We will never return.

Ciro, the owner, is like a strict dad who always gives you a lesson while caring for you. We arrived from Viterbo, hot and with a broken car, ready for a ruined vacation. He suggested calling a mechanic friend, arranged a taxi to the beach, and always welcomed us with great coffee and a bottle of water. We felt at home, which is why we ended up calling the room a beautiful, spacious quadruple, incredibly quiet and comfortable. Gragnano turned out to be an unexpected gem; the on‑site restaurant serves panuozzi and pizza in the evening, while the kitchen is open for lunch. The staff are friendly and young.
