I was thrilled by the quirky, fun vibe of the place and the stylish décor. Kate and Blessed were amazing—her food, welcome drink, and snacks were carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. She’s a star! I’d definitely return.

The views were beautiful and the setting was peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sit in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking view because it rained all day.

The location is wonderful amid the fynbos, and the host and hostess, Kate and Blessed, are superb. The only downside is that the lodge’s location could be better marked on the R43, and the lodge name isn’t on the gate.
